Independent Leasing Meets Changing Needs of Today's Automobile Consumer
Centennial Leasing and Sales Provides Solution to Uncertainty Accompanying The
Purchase or Lease of a New Vehicle

DENVER, Nov. 28 The United States has moved from a nation
of single car families to averaging more cars per person than any other
country in the world. It is currently estimated that over 60% of families in
the United States have two or more cars, up from 20% in 1960 according to
estimates by Urban Decision Systems (UDS).
Car prices certainly haven't dropped, in fact, they have increased
significantly, leading consumers to seek purchasing alternatives. As a
result, the leasing program has emerged as a leading financing method. In
fact, one third of all new vehicles are now leased through dealership programs
and independent leasing companies.
While the demand for vehicles has increased and leasing has emerged as a
viable option, some consumers are still skeptical of the process; after all,
time is one of our most valuable resources.
"At this point, car buyers/lessees have so many options it can be a little
overwhelming, not to mention time consuming," said Steve Perkins, vice
president of Centennial Leasing and Sales (http://www.centleasing.com). "By the time
you determine which make and model suits your needs, it is time to discuss
financing or leasing methods, which is as important to the consumer as the
vehicle itself. Gone are the days of Henry Ford and the Model T -- an easy
decision with only one model and one color to choose from. Our job is to put
the trust back into purchasing or leasing a car, and as an independent leasing
company we can do just that. We have no obligations to manufacturers,
dealerships or lending sources, our only obligation is to give our customers
the help they need and save them time and money."

Independent leasing offers consumers the following benefits:
-- Independent leasing consultants determine which vehicle best meets a
        consumers needs.
-- Consultants provide unbiased advice about both foreign and domestic
        models.
-- Independent leasing is convenient and saves the consumer money by
locating the best price available in the market.
-- Independent leasing saves time by conducting the appropriate research,
administering the negotiation process, handling vehicles for trade in,
        and delivery of license plates.
-- Vehicles are delivered right to the consumer by the consultant.

Centennial has emerged as a local industry leader, meeting the
ever-changing needs of the millennial consumer. "We are a society that values
convenience and instant gratification," said Perkins. "Our lives are consumed
by extraneous details and the last thing we have time for is a complicated
purchasing or leasing process where we can't be sure that our best interest is
a priority."
