CCC Information Services Sued for Nonpayment of Commissions
    MORRISVILLE, Pa., Nov. 27 On November 8, 2000, James J.
Serdula of Yardley, Pennsylvania initiated a lawsuit against CCC Auto Body
Systems, an affiliate of CCC Development Company of Glendale, California and
CCC Information Services, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois.  CCC Information
Services, whose major stockholder (33%) is Harvard College (President and
Fellows of), is listed on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange.
    In his lawsuit, Serdula, an independent sales representative in Eastern
Pennsylvania since November 1991, alleges breach of contract, failure to pay
earned commissions, violation of the Illinois Sales Representative Law and
other counts.  Serdula seeks damages in excess of $300,000.
    During his tenure with CCC, Serdula was twice awarded CCC's Sales
Representative of the Year Award and was producing yearly billing in excess of
$2,600,000 when his contract was not renewed March 1, 2000.
    CCC Auto Body Systems produces software designed to assist the Automobile
Collision and Casualty Insurance industry to prepare estimates of damaged
vehicles.
