    DEARBORN, Mich., Nov. 27 Visteon Corporation
will participate in the Deutsche Banc 2000 Basic Industries Conference on
Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2000, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City.
    Visteon senior management will outline the corporation's opportunities
within the rapidly evolving telematics market.  Visteon is the world's second
largest supplier of integrated automotive components and systems.
    Visteon's participation will run from approximately 11 to 11:30 a.m.
