MSX International Acquires Radial Pacific - Developer of aXcess 2
   AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Nov. 27 MSX International, Inc.
announced today that it has acquired Australian-based Radial Pacific Pty.
Ltd., developers of aXcess 2, the world-acclaimed hybrid electric concept car.
    Radial is a leading supplier of high technology engineering, design and
associated services to Australia's largest automotive and aerospace
manufacturers, and component and tooling manufacturers internationally.
    "The Radial acquisition significantly strengthens MSX International's
strategic expansion in Australia and supports the development of the company's
global collaborative engineering work.  The combination of Radial's
capabilities with MSX International's enhances our global engineering services
and will enable us to strengthen our collaborative engineering techniques,"
said Thomas Stallkamp, vice chairman and chief executive officer of MSX
International.
    Chris Curran, managing director of MSX International Australia Pty. Ltd.
said, "Radial's expertise, as demonstrated by the development of the aXcess 2
vehicle, will complement our existing skills and increase our technical staff
by about 60 people.  We are committed to the success of this acquisition and
are confident that it will contribute significantly to MSX International's
expansion in Southeast Asia."
