CustomerLink Appoints Randall Ferre As Vice President of Sales and Marketing

    ROSEVILLE, Calif.--Nov. 21, 2000--Today, CustomerLink Systems, Inc., a leading Application Service Provider (ASP) of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing services for the automotive services industry, announced the appointment of Randall Ferre as vice president of Sales and Marketing.
    "Randy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to CustomerLink Systems. We couldn't be more pleased to have him lead the largest department in our organization," said Anthony Romano, founder and executive vice president of Corporate Development.
    Prior to joining CustomerLink, Ferre served as vice president of Marketing and Supply Chain Strategies for International Business Systems-US, the world's leading enterprise-scale supply chain execution software vendor. "Along with Anthony Romano, Randy was a key contributor to the success of IBS in the U.S. and even internationally," said Kevin Beresford, executive vice president for IBS-US. Beresford continued, "I am confident their teamwork will produce extraordinary results as CustomerLink develops."
    Prior to Ferre's 11-year career at IBS, he worked with other enterprise systems and served in several management positions within the automotive aftermarket industry.
