    BOSTON and ST. PAUL, Minn., Nov. 21 TIE Commerce announced
it was chosen by Reliable, a national wholesale distributor of aftermarket
specialty automotive accessories, to provide an e-Commerce exchange tool for
its 16,000 customers and 350 suppliers.  TIE Commerce will apply its 15 years
of experience enabling business processes with EDI solutions to a new
generation of technologies, including XML.  This new technology will drive
e-Commerce benefits further through the Reliable value-chain.
