Regular Dividend Declared on Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Stock

    FINDLAY, Ohio--Nov. 20, 2000--COOPER TIRE & RUBBER COMPANY today announced a quarterly dividend of 10 1/2 cents per share on common stock, payable December 22, 2000 to stockholders of record at the close of business November 30, 2000.
    This will mark the 115th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.
