16 November 2000

InterTrak to Release First Vehicle and Equipment Recovery System With Nationwide Coverage and No Monthly Monitoring Fees
FRISCO, Texas, Nov. 15 InterTrak Tracking Services,
L.L.C., announced today that it has released a new series of automobile and
equipment recovery systems for consumer and commercial applications.
InterTrak and Trimble Navigation Limited manufacture the Automatic Vehicle
Location (AVL) System. It determines the location of the vehicle using Global
Positioning Technology. This provides safety and security for consumer, fleet
and commercial markets. Unique in the industry InterTrak does not charge a
MONTHLY fee for the MONITORING service, (emergency calls or stolen vehicle
locating). The company only charges for courtesy locations and use of premium
features.
InterTrak is donating tracking software to law enforcement offices around
the United States by the end of 2001. This will enable law enforcement
agencies to locate stolen property faster than the other systems currently
being used. This process will free up valuable time and resources for the
agencies and public safety.
