Liteglow Industries Inc. Cancels Letter of Intent

    POMPANO BEACH, Fla.--Nov. 15, 2000--Spencer Krumholz, CEO of Liteglow Industries Inc. (OTCBB:LTGL), announced Wednesday that Liteglow has terminated the letter of intent between Liteglow Industries Inc. and BioElectronics Corp.
    Liteglow will continue on the bulletin board (LTGL) and will file its 3rd quarter numbers on approximately Nov. 20, 2000.
