Two of the Largest Ford Dealerships in the Pacific Northwest Adopt Auteo Media's ContactAuto Customer Relationship Management System

    SEATTLE--Nov. 14, 2000--

Less than one month after being launched, ContactAuto becomes the system of choice for influential Seattle area dealerships.

Auteo Media, Inc. (OTCBB:AUTM), a leading provider of point-of-purchase marketing and internet-based communication services to the automotive industry, announced today that, in the Puget Sound area, Pierre Ford of Seattle, Harris Ford of Lynnwood, Value Ford of Olympia and Sound Ford of Renton have all begun using ContactAuto.
ContactAuto is Auteo Media's innovative new customer relationship management system that not only allows auto dealerships the ability to accurately track and manage e-mail and non-e-mail leads, run essential reports, create instantaneous e-mail broadcasts and direct mailing, manage long-term customers, and schedule appointments, but also provides the ability to receive, research and reply to e-mails leads over a cellular phone.
"What makes our service so unique is that it allows dealerships to get back to on-line auto inquiries immediately, without having to use a computer and without the concern of missing out on those leads because the responsible internet sales representative is away from the dealership lot, home sick, or situations as such," stated Steve Van Leeuwen, President, Auteo Media, Inc. "The response of interest since we have launched the system has been incredible, and having two of the largest Ford dealerships in the Pacific Northwest becoming such early adopters of ContactAuto just shows the demand for our offering."
All sales staff in an automobile dealership can benefit from ContactAuto, not just those assigned to internet leads, and each of the big three Ford dealerships has added more than five users to their ContactAuto account, giving validity to the great revenue potential of the system for Auteo Media.
Auteo Media is leveraging the strong relationships that it has built up with automobile dealerships through their Dealers Specialties business unit and the quality of service they have become accustomed to from Dealers Specialties, which is allowing dealerships to easily perceive and understand the quality and value of ContactAuto's features and benefits.
