Commercial Vehicle Systems Becomes Trim Systems - Vision & Safety Group    

    CANBY, Ore., Nov. 13 In April of this year, you received
our news release announcing the sale of Commercial Vehicle Systems by Dana
Corporation.  We wish to announce that from this point, we will be using the
name Trim Systems - Vision and Safety Group. You may have been doing business
with us as Commercial Vehicle Systems.  Perhaps you remember us best as Moto
Mirror, Prutsman Mirrors, Sprague Devices, and Sprague Controls, or as
Aristo-Aire.  These important trade names and trademarks are all now part of
the Trim Systems family of heavy duty truck product lines and we look forward
with enthusiasm as we take our place as the Vision & Safety Group of Trim
Systems.
