Natural Solutions Announces the Company has Cleared Its Registration Statement With the SEC

    CHESAPEAKE, Va.--Nov. 10, 2000--Natural Solutions Corporation (OTC PS: ICEB), Natural Solutions Corporation's Chairman, Dr. M.G. "Pat" Robertson announced that the Company's initial registration statement, Form 10-SB has been cleared by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
    Dr. Robertson announced, "After nearly ten months of diligent effort on behalf of our new management team, I am excited to announce that the SEC accepted our initial registration statement (Form-10SB) on October 12, 2000. This is a tremendous milestone in the rebirth of Natural Solutions, which we believe will lead to our return to the NASDAQ Bulletin Board. Once on the bulletin board, we hope to enjoy greater visibility and liquidity in the Company's common stock."
    Dr. Robertson continued, "We have no time to sit back and enjoy this important victory, but have immediately begun efforts to return to the NASDAQ Bulletin Board, locate market makers and an investment relations firm to help others stay abreast of our progress."
    Michael Klansek, Natural Solutions Corporation's Chief Financial Officer added, "Although not officially cleared until this month, interested investors have been able to find full disclosure of all material activity since January 2000 by reviewing our SEC filings. These have been available at no cost from numerous sources, including several Internet sites, since the Company became a fully reporting company under the rules of the SEC."
