Hella Names Hagemeyer New Director of Human Resources
    PLYMOUTH, Mich., Nov. 10 Brad Hagemeyer has joined Hella
North America, Inc. as director of human resources, according to Joseph V.
Borruso, president and CEO.
    Hagemeyer replaces David Mied, who is retiring after four years of service
at Hella.  Hagemeyer will be responsible for human resources programs and will
report directly to Mr. Borruso.
    Previously, Hagemeyer was manager of compensation, benefits and safety at
Key Plastics in Novi, MI.  Prior to that, he held management positions in
human resources at Johnson Controls, Inc.
    Hagemeyer has a PHR certification in human resources and holds a
bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo.
    He lives in Canton with his wife and two children.
