Budget Rent a Car Drives Skiers to the Mountains

    LISLE, Ill., Nov. 9 Budget Rent a Car Corporation is again
offering skiers and other winter enthusiasts its value-packed Extreme Ski
package to heat up the winter season.  Customers who rent from Budget for
five or more days receive a free lift ticket offer, ski rack rental and
subscription to Ski or Skiing magazine, in addition to free LDW and unlimited
mileage with their rental.
    Participating ski destinations include Northstar and Sierra at Tahoe,
Snowmass Village at Aspen, Copper Mountain, Loon Mountain, Aspen Skiing
Company, Angel Fire Resort, and The Summit at Snoqualmie.
    The Extreme Ski offer is valid for rentals from November 15, 2000 - April
15, 2001 at participating locations.  Lift ticket offer is good while supplies
last.  Offer may have restrictions and vary by resort.  Customers can make a
reservation by visiting http://www.budget.com ; calling 800-BUDGET-7; or contacting
their travel professional.  Seven-day advance booking required.  Rate code
"L9" must be referenced when booking the package.  Extreme Ski Package
available only with select vehicles.
    Perfect Drive, the award-winning Budget customer loyalty program, is a
fully automated rewards program that requires no membership fee and also
offers ski rewards.  Members earn one point for every dollar spent with
Budget, which can then be redeemed for a variety of merchandise, including
Bolle(R) ski goggles and sunglasses.  Additionally, after renting four times
with Budget between April 1, 2000 and April 1, 2001, Perfect Drive members can
receive a free pair of the Bolle(R) Kraft ski goggles.  Offer is limited to
one per new member while supplies last.  All points associated with these four

    Through June 30, 2001, members will also receive double points if they
