ATC Distribution Group is the market leader in North America for the supply of Transmission Parts and Services to the automotive transmission repair industry. Mr. Ted Kachel, a partner of the Riverside Company, has been appointed C.E.O. of the newly acquired company. Mr. Kachel stated that: "We are very pleased to have completed this transaction. It operates 2 torque converter remanufacturing centers, 3 distribution centers as well as several hard part remanufacturing centers, kitting operations and the All-Trans Manual Transmission business unit. Through its King-0-Matic subsidiary, it operates 5 branches and 1 distribution center in Canada.
