Fleetwood Announces Two Management Changes; Carl Betcher Promoted to Senior Vice President and Vince Monza to Retire

    RIVERSIDE, Calif.--Nov. 9, 2000--Fleetwood Enterprises announced today two changes in the company's senior RV Group management.
    Carl Betcher, formerly Vice President of the Travel Trailer Division has been promoted to Senior Vice President of the RV Group, a position that had been vacant. Betcher joined the company in 1973 as Assistant Controller -- Operations. He served as a travel trailer plant General Manager beginning in 1985 and as a manufacturing center General Manager in the Housing Group from 1992 until August 1997 when he assumed his leadership role in the Travel Trailer division. Betcher, a CPA, holds a BS degree in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
    Vince Monza has left his position of Vice President, Motor Home Division after coming out of retirement earlier this year to apply his industry experience to the Motor Home Division's efforts. He helped refocus the division on critical goals and objectives such as cost reduction, improving dealer relationships, and priority product design improvements to be unveiled at the 38th annual national RVIA trade show November 28-30 in Louisville, Kentucky. He will be returning to Durango, Colorado with his wife Dianne.
