Titan Appoints New Board Member
    PHOENIX, Nov. 8 Titan Motorcycle Co. of America
announced today the appointment of Mr. Harry V. Eastlick as a
new member of its Board of Directors.
    Mr. Eastlick holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of
Arizona.  He has held management positions with Coopers and Lybrand and
initiated a new successful accounting firm start-up.
    Since 1985, Mr. Eastlick has held President, Chief Executive Officer and
Board Chairman positions in several diverse businesses including publicly
traded enterprises.

Chairman and C.E.O.  "His leadership experience in often challenging
assignments provides Titan with an excellent and objective resource for our
future," Keery added.
