Lear Corporation Announces Details Of Financial Outlook Conference Call

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Nov. 8 The Management team of Lear
Corporation will host a conference call on Tuesday, November 14,
2000, at 8:30 a.m. EST to discuss the company's financial outlook, and other
related matters, for the remainder of 2000 and the full year of 2001.
    Domestic callers may participate in the live toll-free call by dialing
800-789-4751.  International callers are asked to call 706-679-3323.  An audio
replay (conference ID 276913) will be accessible two hours following the call
at 800-642-1687 for domestic callers and 706-645-9291 for international
callers, and will be available until Tuesday November 21, 2000.
    Lear will provide access to a live audio webcast of the call on our
