ArvinMeritor Declares Quarterly Dividend On Common Stock

    TROY, Mich., Nov. 8 The ArvinMeritor, Inc. board of
directors , today declared a quarterly dividend of 22 cents per
share on its common stock, payable December 11, 2000, to shareowners of record
on November 20, 2000.
    ArvinMeritor, Inc. is a $7.7-billion global transportation industry
supplier of a broad range of integrated systems, modules and components,
serving light vehicle, commercial truck, trailer and specialty original
equipment manufacturers and certain aftermarkets.  In addition, the company is
