    Using Customer Velocity, Delano's integrated suite of e-marketing and e-service applications, Delano and Yourautochoice.com deployed special campaign promotions to attract new customers. The initial campaigns offered all registered Web site visitors (who were not already clients) a discount off a car bought through the site within the next nine months; followed by campaigns offering 500 Pounds Sterling of gasoline vouchers to anyone purchasing a car in the week following the Web offer. The combination of these e-marketing campaigns and nationwide advertising campaigns enabled Yourautochoice.com to attract more than 22,000 additional visitors to its site and over 1,500 online requests for vehicles.
