'Kingsley Coach, Inc. Announces Participation at Equities Magazine Conference'

    MIDDLEBURG, Pa.--Nov. 7, 2000--The Kingsley Coach Inc. (OTCBB:KNGS) announced today that it will be presenting at the Equities Magazine Fall Conference III in New York, New York on November 9th.
    The 2000 Equities Fall Conference is to be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, on 42nd Street at Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. Terry Watkins, Kingsley's Chief Executive Officer, will be giving a thirty-minute presentation on behalf of the Company.
    Mr. Watkins said, "This conference gives us a chance to introduce our Company to a variety of sophisticated investors, to tell them the Kingsley Coach story. Making the investment community aware of Kingsley, its product and its potential is a necessary part of being a public company. Participation at this conference is another aspect of our expanded investor relations program."
    At the conference, Kingsley will be represented by both Mr. Watkins and Patrick Condren, a long-time business consultant of the Company. Kingsley will be presenting from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
