FARMINGTON, Conn. & COSTA MESA, Calif.--Nov. 6, 2000--HUON Corporation and The Interinsurance Exchange of the Automobile Club (Interinsurance Exchange) announced the successful implementation of The HUON Solution in the state of Texas Automobile Renewals and Homeowners Lines of Business. The project, which began in August of 1999, culminated in July with the successful processing of several policies and renewals and was received positively by the Interinsurance Exchange. The Interinsurance Exchange provides insurance products to qualified members of AAA Arizona, AAA New Mexico, AAA Texas, and the Automobile Club of Southern California. The Interinsurance Exchange, ranking in the top 20 private passenger automobile carriers and 40th overall in the property and casualty marketplace in the United States, represents a flagship customer for HUON.
