Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. Launches DriverFX.com
Consumers Link With Nation's Top Independent Automotive
                  Retailers/Installers Through the Internet

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 3 Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.,
the leader in the marketing and distribution of aftermarket automotive
accessories, today announced the launch of DriverFX.com, a national network of
leading independent retailers of automotive accessories. The announcement
was made at the annual Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show
taking place this week at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Through the DriverFX.com portal, consumers can access the Internet site of
an independent accessory retailer, learn more about the retailer, search the
industry's only robust accessory catalog and order automotive products over
the Internet. Consumers' orders can be delivered to their home or to an
affiliate retailer in their area for installation. By providing the
independent retailer with a "world class" Internet presence and fulfillment
network that complements their retail location, DriverFX.com is assisting the
independent retailer in expanding the accessory market while providing the
consumer with the convenience of the Internet and support of a retail location
in their area
DriverFX.com will enable participating retailers to link directly with
consumers through customized Web sites supported with the cataloging and
fulfillment capabilities of Keystone Automotive Operations. As the world's
largest marketer and distributor of specialty automotive parts, Keystone's
backing provides the consumer access to hundreds of product lines and
thousands of automotive accessory SKUs that can be delivered next day to 37
states and Canada.
Keystone does not sell directly to the consumer, but through its
DriverFX.com network ensures that independent automotive aftermarket retailers
can provider the consumer access to a robust Internet site for the purchase of
vehicle accessories with the support of the retailers' physical location and
Keystone Automotive's fulfillment capabilities.
"We believe DriverFX.com will bring significant value to suppliers,
retailers, and to the end consumer," said Jay Fee, vice president of
Keystone's eServices, who is leading the DriverFX initiative. "The ability to
exchange information, find products easily and confidently, and make purchases
efficiently will benefit each link in the automotive accessory supply chain.
Our affiliate customers can leverage the latest Internet technology, the
critical mass of Keystone Automotive and unique and exciting products of
leading manufacturers to increase their relationship with consumers and expand
the automotive accessory market."
Driver FX.com is a subsidiary of Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.
