PNV Launches 'Anywhere TV' To Provide Satellite-Based Entertainment Programming

   PNV Extends Beyond The Truck Stop To Be Available Anywhere In The Nation

    CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Nov. 2 PNV today
announced it launched a new satellite dish-based product to provide its
customized entertainment TV programming throughout the country.  Called "PNV
Anywhere TV," this initiative complements PNV's existing services and is
designed to increase subscriptions by capturing 100 percent of the mobile
entertainment market.  PNV Anywhere TV supports the company's mission of
bringing advanced technology and services to the industry regardless of
location.
    "PNV's value proposition is that we connect the trucking industry to what
matters -- family, work, friends, and more.  By enhancing our core service
offering and expanding its availability beyond the truck stop for all of our
products, we are truly delivering that value nationwide, regardless of

    Starting today, with the purchase of a satellite dish and receiver and
appropriate mounting hardware PNV members will be able to receive PNV's
selection of TV programming on the road and/or at home.  PNV Anywhere TV
programming includes the four major networks, sports, news, weather, 13
Premium movie channels from HBO and Showtime and many more entertainment
channels.
    Programming services start at $40 per month.  Customers can either prepay
for a year of service or pay a recurring monthly amount.  Prices for the
hardware vary depending on the payment plan selected.  PNV is offering special
introductory rates for a limited time.

needs.  Drivers spend many hours at fleet terminals or waiting to unload or

    Drivers on the road can utilize PNV's wired network at over 300 truck
stops to order special pay per view events.  Drivers will still be able to
plug into PNV home plates for telecom services, in-cab cable TV and Internet
access.
