Daewoo Continues Unprecedented Growth

    COMPTON, Calif., Nov. 1 Daewoo, the fastest growing car
company in America, reports that rapid 2000 calendar year sales gains continue
with a 134% year-to-date increase over the same period in 1999.
    October 2000 sales of 5016 units represented a 35% increase over October
1999.
    Dealer enthusiasm for the Daewoo franchise continues as Daewoo's
value-priced subcompact Lanos, compact Nubira and luxury sedan Leganza are now
available at over 490 locations throughout the U.S.
