Electroguard Acquires CamEra Automotive
ATLANTA--Nov. 1, 2000--Atlanta-based Electroguard, a leading supplier of closed-circuit TV surveillance systems and central monitoring services to the automotive industry, announces the recent acquisition of the automotive division of St. Petersburg-based CamEra.
This acquisition increases Electroguard's client list to over 600 auto dealers in 30 states, making Electroguard the largest supplier of electronic security and monitoring services to the retail vehicle dealership market.
