with Automotive Technical Resources, Inc. (ATRi) in support of their ATRisys
product set.
    Under the proposed terms of the strategic alliance between ALLDATA and
ATRisys, ATRisys will access parts and labor information for estimating as
well as technical service bulletins and repair and replacement procedures via
an interface with the ALLDATA product.
