Teleflex Declares Dividend

    PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa.--Oct. 31, 2000--Teleflex Incorporated announced that its Board of Directors took action on October 30, to declare a cash dividend of fifteen cents ($0.15) per share of common stock. This dividend is payable December 15, 2000 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 24, 2000.
