ArvinMeritor Announces the Appointment Of Frank A. Voltolina to Vice President and TreasurerTROY, Mich., Oct. 30 ArvinMeritor, Inc. today announced the appointment of Frank A. Voltolina to the position of vice president and treasurer, effective immediately. Voltolina, who has been elected an officer of ArvinMeritor replaces A.R. Sales, who was recently named senior vice president and president of Roll Coater, an ArvinMeritor business group. In his new role, Voltolina is responsible for the company's global capital market activities and will report to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Tom Madden. "We are delighted that Frank has joined the ArvinMeritor team," said Madden. "He has a strong track record of exemplary financial management, with solid expertise in developing and executing effective capital investment and structuring policies. Frank is also extremely knowledgeable in managing the volatility of earnings from foreign currencies and interest-rate fluctuations. Sales for his hard work and commitment to the position during the transition period." Before joining ArvinMeritor, Voltolina was vice president and treasurer for Mallinckrodt Inc. Prior to his tenure at Mallinckrodt, Voltolina held financial management positions at Price Waterhouse and Touche Ross. Voltolina is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, with a bachelor's degree in accountancy and a master's degree in taxation. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Treasury Management Association, the St. Louis Treasurers' Group, the Tax Executive Institute, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Illinois and Missouri CPA Societies.
