Visteon Corporation Names New Director To Lead Electrical Conversion Business Unit
    DEARBORN, Mich., Oct. 27 Visteon Corporation's
Energy Transformation Systems Group (ETS) has named Gary D. Clark director of
its Electrical Conversion Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
    Clark will have profit and loss responsibility for the SBU, including
direct business responsibility for the Ypsilanti, India and ZEM (Poland)
manufacturing plants.
    "His business expertise and analytical background, coupled with his
extensive experience within the electronics area of the automotive industry
truly make him a perfect fit for this position," said Roger Saillant, vice
president and general manager of ETS.
    Clark has had assignments in manufacturing, product and business planning,
marketing and sales, business development and joint ventures in the U.S. and
abroad within Ford and Visteon since 1977.
    "Over my career, I've been fortunate enough to work in many areas in the
auto industry, which has allowed me to meet and work with many people and
learn the products," Clark said.  "The overseas assignments really helped
broaden my perspective as to how a global business truly operates."
