Profit Pro's Vision(TM) Software to Debut at Automotive Aftermarket Week
        Installers Can Get a Free T-Shirt and Enter to Win a Computer;
Many Vision Distributors Will Feature Vision at Their Booths

DRAPER, Utah, Oct. 27 Profit Pro will unveil Vision, its
new Windows-based, Internet-based estimating tool, at the SEMA and AAPEX shows
in Las Vegas, October 1 - November 3, 2000. Installers can get a free t-shirt
and enter to win a computer simply by seeing a short demo of Vision at SEMA
Booth 4920. Visitors to Profit Pro's booth can also take home a
full-functioning 30-day free trial of Vision.
Says Brad Duncan, President & CEO of Profit Pro, "We are tremendously
excited to introduce Vision to the aftermarket. We anticipate that Vision
will rapidly become the standard system used by service professionals for
estimating, information, and ordering." Already, Profit Pro has agreements
with several aftermarket companies to distribute Vision nationwide to
installers. Vision will enhance the ability of installers to locate and order
parts with speed and accuracy. In addition to being an estimating tool with
electronic parts cataloging and labor guides, Vision is an Internet browser
and industry news source.
Vision does not replace repair shop business management systems, but
rather enhances them. Consistent with Profit Pro's open-platform philosophy,
any repair shop system can integrate Vision for parts look up, Internet
browsing, and parts ordering (and more). In addition, many jobber and WD
management providers are integrating Vision for direct ordering into their
inventory systems. Says Brad Duncan, "Profit Pro has taken the role of an
e-commerce enabler. We really work behind the scenes, providing databases and
technology that make efficient e-commerce possible."
