WTA Signs LOI for the Congo, Togo and Burkina Faso

    EL CAJON, Calif.--Oct. 26, 2000--World Transport Authority Inc. (OTCBB:WTAI) (POH: Frankfurt) (WTA) Thursday announced that, effective 10/23/00, a Letter of Intent was signed for a Master License to produce and sell products created with WTA technology in the Congo, Togo and Burkina Faso.
    These territories are located on the continent of Africa.
    The Master License holder will be US Trading & Investment Company (USTI) located at 3050 K Street, N.W., Suite 170, Washington, D.C. 20007. Mr. John Caldwell is the president and has extensive diplomatic influence and contacts in the designated territories. The Master License fee for the Congo is $5,000,000 and USTI has agreed to implement one factory initially at a cost of $400,000. This initial cost includes one WorldStar vehicle for pre-marketing purposes.
