Federal Screw Works Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

    ST. CLAIR SHORES, Mich., Oct. 26 The Board of Directors of
Federal Screw Works , on October 26, 2000, declared a regular
quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents per share on its outstanding $1.00 par
value common stock, payable January 2, 2001, to shareholders of record at the
close of business on December 1, 2000.
