'Kingsley Coach Reports Profitability'

    MIDDLEBURG, Pa.--Oct. 26, 2000--The Kingsley Coach, Inc. (OTCBB:KNGS) announced today that it will report an operating profit for the three months ended September 30, 2000.
    The Company's new coach sales for the three months ended September 30, 2000 will be approximately $1,375,000, on which the Company will recognize net income of approximately $15,000. This represents the Company's first quarterly operating profit and the Company's largest quarterly sales in its five-year history.
    Terry Watkins, Kingsley's Chief Executive Officer, stated "The Company's operating results in this first quarter are what we expected, and we are confident that this profitable trend can continue throughout this year, and the years ahead."
    Mr. Watkins said that the development stage of the Company is over, for all intents and purposes. "It has been a long and arduous, but very successful, process. We are excited by the prospects of our future and proud of the accomplishments of our past."
    Mr. Watkins noted, "Reaching profitability allows Kingsley's management to increase its focus on the Company's business strategy for the long-term future. We are confident of the market potential for the Kingsley Coach motorhome. With profits, a secure future, and a story based on a very real and exciting product, we can now intensify our efforts to raise capital without any anxiety. Raising capital should permit Kingsley to significantly increase its future growth rate in both sales and profitability."
    Mr. Watkins added that Kingsley appreciates the patience of the investment community and is especially thankful for all the support the Company has gotten from its customers and advisors and employees. "This is merely one more hurdle in a very long race; but it certainly feels good to have finally cleared it."
