GMC Expands AuraGen Vehicle Usage
EL SEGUNDO, Calif.--Oct. 26, 2000--Aura Systems, Inc. (OTC:AURA) announced today that GMC will display the AuraGen(R) integrated into two of its vehicles, the Savana Pro and the Max Yukon XL, at the SEMA show.The SEMA show will be held in Las Vegas on Oct. 31 through Nov. 3.
GMC in a press release on Oct. 25, 2000 (www.media.gm.com/gmc/00news/gmc001025c.htm) said, "GMC worked closely with the Home Depot and a focus group of contractors to determine just what professionals would desire in their ultimate van. The Savana Pro addresses their professional grade needs in a full size van... An AuraGen underhood generator can produce up to 5,000 watts of AC power in both 120 and 240 volt output..."

In a separate press release, GMC announced that a specially upfitted 2001 GMC Yukon XL will also be shown at the SEMA show. This vehicle dubbed as "MAX Yukon XL" enables, "Chef Keith Famie to cook anytime, anywhere in the world. Famie calls MAX the Ultimate professional grade all terrain cooking truck...An underhood AuraGen generator offers enough energy to power a small restaurant..." said GMC.
