Noble International Names David V. Harper as Chief Financial Officer
    DETROIT, Oct. 25 Noble International, Ltd.
announced today that David V. Harper has joined the Company as Chief Financial
Officer to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Daniel W. Sampson.
    Mr. Harper was formerly Co-Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer of
Moore Medical Corporation, a distributor of medical products.  Prior to that
Mr. Harper was divisional Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of
Primedia, Inc., a leading publishing concern, where he was responsible for
financial planning and analysis.  Mr. Harper also held various management
positions with United Technologies Corporation, Business Expansion Capital
Corporation and International Dairy Queen, Inc.
    Mr. Harper holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration
from the University of Minnesota.  Mr. Harper received his Master of Business
Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
