Gabelli & Company's 24th Annual Automotive Aftermarket Symposium

    RYE, N.Y. - Gabelli & Company, Inc. will host its 24th Annual Automotive 
Aftermarket Symposium, October 30 through November 1, 2000, at The Bellagio 
Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.  This three-day research event will feature many 
leading suppliers to the automotive aftermarket and original equipment 
manufacturers, as well as panel discussions on Telematics, Cost of Capital, and 
Fuel Cells.  The panels will include a combination of analysts and senior 
management, as well as technical experts on the respective topics.   Portfolio 
managers and securities analysts are invited to attend and hear senior 
management share their thoughts on the industry, competition, and their 
companies' outlook.
