Donnelly Hires Noel as Director of Product Implementation for Interior Mirrors
    HOLLAND, Mich., Oct. 24 Rick Noel has joined Donnelly
Corporation as director of product implementation for the interior
mirror business unit, the company announced today.  Noel comes to Donnelly
with more than 13 years of global automotive interior experience.
    In this newly created position, Noel will have worldwide responsibility
for the implementation of Donnelly's new interior mirror products and
technology.  He will report to Chad Quist, vice president and general manager,
interior mirrors.
    "Donnelly has taken another decisive step to strengthen its position as
the world's leading interior mirror system supplier," Quist said.  "Rick adds
great experience in product development and program management for full
automotive interiors and systems.  With his leadership, we will bring our
innovative, high-tech, added feature mirror solutions to market faster than
ever before."
    Before joining Donnelly, Noel held a number of increasingly responsible
positions at Johnson Controls, Inc., including roles in engineering, quality
and international projects.  Most recently, he worked as director of program
management for JCI's specialty products business unit.
    A native of Virginia, Noel has a bachelor's degree in engineering
technology from East Tennessee State University, and he is currently pursuing
a master's degree in engineering management from Western Michigan University.
Noel is a member of Who's Who Among International Businessmen and is active in
community youth programs.  He now lives in Holland, Michigan, with his wife
and two children.
