LoJack Comments on Its Listing in Forbes' '200 Best Small Companies for 2000'DEDHAM, Mass., Oct. 23 LoJack Corporation chairman, C. Michael Daley, in commenting today on the inclusion of LoJack in the "200 Best Small Companies," in the October issue of Forbes magazine said, "We are pleased to be recognized among the top 200 small companies in the United States for their growth potential. We note with satisfaction that LoJack ranked third out of the 200 companies in Return on Equity over the current 12 months and sixth in that category over the past five years. "LoJack's comparative high profitability and balance sheet strength underscore the current undervaluation of the company's stock. Consequently, with cash flow and operating profits remaining strong, LoJack continues to evidence confidence in the company's future with an active stock repurchase program. Approximately 6.8 million shares have been repurchased at this time." LoJack Corporation has 15,704,4871 shares issued and outstanding.
