Rosen Products Receives QS-9000 Certification

    EUGENE, Ore., Oct. 23 Rosen Products, LLC is pleased to
announce that the company's two facilities in Eugene, Oregon have received QS-
9000 and IS-O9001 certification based on the successful completion of a full,
four-day company-wide audit.  The audit resulted in zero major and zero minor
findings. The company received its QS-9000 and ISO-9001 certification from SGS
International Certification Services, Inc.
    The QS-9000 registration scope statement recommends that the company be
certified for the "design, manufacture and marketing of video entertainment
and information systems for automotive, aviation, hospitality, home and
business applications, as well as sun visor systems for aviation and large
vehicle applications per the requirements of QS-9000 and ISO-9001
requirements."
    Danny Michalove, vice president of sales and marketing said, "While
portions of our operation had been certified, this comprehensive registration
is an affirmation of our manufacturing and engineering systems and processes."
