    CHICAGO--Oct. 23, 2000--

Marketplace Trends and World Renowned Speakers Set The Stage For A World-Class Event

CCC Information Services Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CCC Information Services Group Inc. , hosted its 12th annual Industry Conference, September 20-23 in Scottsdale, Arizona, featuring world-renowned speakers and industry leaders from across the country. Senator John Glenn kicked off the event with a visionary speech and distinguished national pride that integrated with the conference theme of VISION.
"CCC's industry conference is an opportunity for our customers to hear from some of the country's visionaries and marketplace trendsetters," said Githesh Ramamurthy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CCC Information Services Inc. As a leader in the claims solutions business, we are delighted to provide programming that helps participants grow by highlighting cutting-edge solutions and technology that will benefit the end user."
CCC hosted over 300 executives from the Property and Casualty Insurance and Collision Repair industries, representing approximately 85% of the top 50 companies. Also in attendance were international industry representatives from France, Spain, and the UK.
Some of the world-class speakers included: Patricia B. Seybold, founder and CEO of the Patricia Seybold Group; Frederick Reichheld, Director, Bain & Company; Bruce W.     One significant addition to the conference this year was the presence of DriveLogic, CCC's new e-commerce company. For the first time in a public forum, DriveLogic demonstrated its proposed products at the Technology Showcase. Highlighting its goal of Efficient Accident ManagementSM, DriveLogic demonstrated its Resource Management solution, which consists of live, automatic scheduling over wireless devices. Additionally, DriveLogic demonstrated its Repair Portal, which has on-line status reporting capabilities and marketing tools for repair facilities. The DriveLogic technology demonstrations were a significant focal point, drawing attention from a large number of industry executives.
"Each year, CCC's conference is power packed with world-class speakers, but this year's was definitely one of the best," commented Mary Jo Prigge, President of CCC-US.
