Titan Appoints New Board Member
    PHOENIX, Oct. 23 Titan Motorcycle Co. of America
announced today the appointment of Frederick Beisser as a
member of its board of directors and chairman of the audit committee.
    Beisser is currently vice president, secretary, treasurer and a director
for Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. (Golden, Colo.), an
information technology company.  He also serves as a director of
Wastemasters, Inc. (El Reno, Okla.), a non-hazardous waste management company.
Beisser is a Certified Public Accountant, who has both Bachelors and Masters
degrees in business administration, and a Ph.D. in philosophy.
    "We are very pleased to welcome Fred to our Board," commented Frank Keery,
C.E.O. and chairman.  "His wide range of experience, both domestic and
international, will be a valuable asset to Titan," Keery added.
