Ultra Motorcycle Company Announces Nasdaq SmallCap Market Delisting

    MIRA LOMA, Calif.--Oct. 20, 2000--Bikers Dream Inc. , which does business under the name Ultra Motorcycle Company ("UMC"), Friday reported:
    The company received written notification from Nasdaq on Oct. 17, announcing Nasdaq's decision to delist the company's stock from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, effective Oct. 18, 2000. The company's securities will commence trading on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) on 0ct. 18, 2000.
    While it regrets Nasdaq's action, the company wishes to emphasize that the delisting decision has no effect on the operations of the company. The company is continuing with business, as normal. The company intends to reapply for listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, at such time as the company meets applicable listing requirements.
    Ultra Motorcycle Co. is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of high quality, American-made heavyweight cruiser motorcycles.
