Donnelly Corporation Announces Dividend

    HOLLAND, Mich., Oct. 20 Donnelly Corporation
announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of
10 cents ($0.10) per share on its Class A Common Stock.  The dividend will be
paid on January 2, 2001, to shareholders of record at the close of business on
December 15, 2000.
