    MORRIS TOWNSHIP, N.J.--Oct. 20, 2000--The Board of Directors of Honeywell today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per share on the company's outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable December 8, 2000, to shareowners of record on November 20, 2000.
