Powerway Names Experienced Technology Executives to Senior Management Team

    INDIANAPOLIS--Oct. 18, 2000--With over three decades combined of management experience in technology companies, C. Randall Davis and Timothy J. Klingler have joined the executive team at Powerway, Inc.
    Today's announcement is one in a series of strategic management enhancements made this year by Powerway, Inc., a pioneer in advanced collaborative e-business solutions for optimizing quality and engineering performance throughout the supply chain. Last week, Powerway said that it would open an office in the Detroit area, reinforcing its commitment to the global automotive industry.
    Davis, named to the position of vice president for engineering, joins Powerway from Silvon Software, where he served as director of engineering. Prior to that, he was vice president and general manager of Access International. Davis also spent seven years with Applied Systems, most recently as vice president, company systems division.
    Klingler, newly named vice president for global sales, comes to Powerway from Sabre, Inc., where he served most recently as vice president of outsourcing and software solutions and previously held several senior marketing and sales management positions. Klinger also co-founded and was president of Digital Alternatives, Inc.
