Cross Country Automotive Services Announces Discover(R) Driver's Premier(TM)Comprehensive Roadside Assistance Program Offered to Discover Cardmembers BOSTON, Oct. 17 Cross Country Automotive Services (CCAS) has joined forces with Discover Financial Services to offer emergency roadside assistance and other customer-care services to Discover(R) Cardmembers. The new Discover Driver's Premier(TM) program, available exclusively to Discover Cardmembers, began rolling out this summer through a comprehensive direct marketing campaign. "Our partnership with Discover Financial Services offers an exciting opportunity to build on their success in extending important benefits to their customers," said Jeanne Esti, Vice President, Partnership Marketing at Cross Country Automotive Services. "The Discover Driver's Premier roadside assistance program combines the convenience, security and valuable benefits customers have come to expect from Discover Card." The program offers a long lineup of auto and travel benefits, including 24-hour emergency roadside assistance and towing, 24-hour lockout service for both car and home, emergency turn-by-turn directions, custom computerized trip routing and map service, discounts on hotels, auto rentals, auto repair and movie admission, and an emergency travel reimbursement benefit available exclusively to Discover Cardmembers. Discover Financial Services will market the program through telemarketing and direct mail campaigns, statement inserts, and their Internet site, http://www.Discovercard.com. The Discover Card will be accepted for payment of the program's annual fee.
