(SOA), a pioneer of crossover all-wheel drive vehicles designed for the active lifestyle, announced today the appointment of Clint Wetty to regional vice president, Penn Jersey Region, Subaru of America, Inc. Wetty was previously regional sales manager of the Subaru Penn Jersey Region. (Photo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20001016/PHM062 ) In his new capacity, Wetty will oversee the daily fixed operations and administrative activities of the Penn Jersey Region, encompassing 66 dealers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. He will report to Fred Adcock, executive vice president, Subaru of America, Inc. Wetty replaces Tony Graziano who was recently promoted to regional vice president, Mid-America Region. Prior to joining Subaru of America in 1998 as a regional market development manager, Wetty spent 13 years at the Acura Division of American Honda Motor Company. His most recent position with Acura was as a senior zone sales manager. Prior to that, he held several sales management positions at Honda. Before joining Honda, Wetty was the general manager of a Ford franchised dealership. Wetty began his career with Ford Motor Company as a zone sales manager. Wetty graduated from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania with a bachelors of science degree. About Subaru of America, Inc.
