Visteon to Broadcast Third Quarter 2000 Financial Results Through a Webcast

    DEARBORN, Mich., Oct. 16 Visteon Corporation
will host a webcast to announce its third quarter earnings on Thursday, Oct.
19, 2000 beginning at 9 a.m. (EDT).  Visteon will provide a broadcast of the
quarterly meeting for the general public via a live audio webcast.
