PACLEASE OPENS NEW FULL-SERVICE TRUCK RENTAL AND LEASING FRANCHISE IN
PHOENIX

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- PACCAR Leasing Company, a franchisor of independently
owned and operated heavy- and medium-duty truck rental and leasing
franchises, recently announced the addition of a new PacLease location in
Phoenix.

Newly opened PacLease Phoenix, a division of Rush Truck Centers, Inc.,
provides the Phoenix region with full-service rental, leasing and
maintenance services backed by the North American PacLease franchise
network.  "We are the first heavy truck rental and leasing company to offer
the premium Peterbilt product line to the Phoenix market," said Ken
McLaughlin, franchise sales manager.   "In the short time that we¹ve been
open, we've secured four long-term lease accounts, and we've assembled a
rental fleet of 25 medium- and heavy-duty Peterbilt vehicles."

PacLease Phoenix, says McLaughlin, not only offers customers
"top-of-the-line" Peterbilt products; it backs those vehicles with a very
large, modern service facility, featuring 45 service bays.  Service hours
are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturday 7 a.m. to
3:30 p.m.  The franchise is located at 2660 West McDowell, near the
interchange of Interstates 17 and 10.  "We're in an outstanding location,
ideally situated in the industrial center of Phoenix," McLaughlin added.

Bellevue, Wash.-based PACCAR Leasing Company is one of the 10 largest full
service truck rental and leasing systems in North America, with more than
160 PacLease locations throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
